Bates was selected in a competitive RFP process to provide CM services for this south GA municipality that is experiencing both domestic and industrial growth. After plant upgrades are complete in late 2023, the City will have a maximum design capacity of 3.3 MGD that can be permitted after submitting a request to the State.
