250,000 SF Distribution Center(Phase I and II)
Very narrow, high rack automated retrieval(35’ high rack system)
Roof and rack mounted conveyor system along with robotic packaging

Bates served as the design/build prime contractor for both phases of construction on this textile distribution facility located in Alabama. Special project features include floor flatness tolerances to accommodate automated high rack storage and retrieval systems, extensive mezzanines and conveyor systems for product movements, and building integration into an existing campus.
