Vegetable Oil Refinery and Regional Office

Bates served as the design/build prime contractor for this industrial complex located in Georgia.  Project required the demolition of an old food processing facility to make way for the new facilities.  Sitework including new utility services, road systems, parking and the addition of 2000 LF of railroad spur.  Refinery was designed and built to house complex process equipment along with indoor loadout/scale facility.  Office was designed and built to support the regional activities of the client.
