Project was for a municipal development authority, and was designed to attract a tenant needing light manufacturing and storage facility. Bates worked alongside the client to create a building that was flexible enough to attract users from various industries. Administrative space was finished with polished concrete floors, and expansive aluminum glass/glazing to increase outside light. Manufacturing space is fully conditioned via large rooftop package units and digital control systems capable of remote monitoring. Power and compressed air were designed and provided to support light manufacturing. Project include a loading dock area that can accommodate three truck positions complete with automatic truck lock/seals and dock leveling equipment.
